They serve you immediately, the staff is very efficient.

I had never had a complaint about this branch. Unfortunately, in the past few days, an ATM withheld money failed and I was not able to get a response. I waited for them to open it soon since they told me online that I will only be able to get a response until they open the branch.

There are a lot of people and you wait a long time to be served

Terrible service, brands and they only transfer you and hang up, they do not support you in the services, the executives never answer their extensions or their emails, a total annoyance.

It takes people who are not cardholders and/or preferential cardholders an hour and a half to go to the window, the staff ignores your complaint and the office manager tells you there are a lot of people and we give preference to our customers, too bad Service does not deserve even one star. Hopefully the director of Commercial Banking in Pachuca can do something. Because even in other banks, even non-customers don't take as long. In truth, an hour and a half is exaggerated 👎
